Stranded in Rockland with a dead UHaul box truck in windy, sub 0 temps with a 90 y.o. friend. UHaul was terrible about finding someone closer. So we waited 5 hrs. for Rowe from Statewide Towing to come from the other side of the state. Hats off to Rowe, who got to work without wasting a second. He worked fast, was polite & informative. He rescued us from a potentially horrible experience. Not a single complaint about Rowe or Statewide Towing. But UHaul has 3 rental outlets in the Rockland area so it is unacceptable to have had to wait 5 hrs. for roadside service on a weekday.
